Customers that have reached the specified Sales Volume target on a single order, will receive a coupon two (2) weeks after the week ending purchase date, to redeem a promotional item from the list of eligible items.

When does the 2024 Sizzling Summer Promotion begin and end?
All regular orders that have reached the required Sales Volume, placed since June 23th, 2024 will be eligible for the Sizzling Summer Promo. The 2023 Sizzling Summer Promotion ends on August 31st. The end date of the Sizzling Summer Promo corresponds with Richway’s standard cut-off time for orders. Orders submitted through the Backoffice will have until Saturday, August 31 at 11:59 PM Hawaii Standard Time to be eligible for the Sizzling Summer Promo. All other orders including e-mail, fax, and shopping cart orders must be submitted by Friday, September 1st at 5:59 AM Hawaii Standard Time.
Will the promotional item(s) be shipped with the order? How do I claim my promotional item(s)?
No, the redeemable promotional item(s) will not be shipped with the order.

Once the order has been processed, a certificate to redeem the free item(s) will be generated and e-mailed to the customer (applicant) two (2) weeks following the order processing weekending date.

Micro Liposome Serum™ and B.C. Facial Mask™ will not be available until August, for more information please see refer to Question #3 on the FAQ.

If the customer has not provided an e-mail address, the certificate will be mailed out via US mail. Mail service is offered to US and Canadian residents.

Orders placed from June 11th, 2023, will be eligible to be counted towards the promotion.

The certificate will have a list of the eligible promotional items that the customer can choose from. Shipping and handling not included.
Where can I find more information on the new items, Micro Liposome Serum™ and B.C. Facial Mask™ and when will they be available?
The Micro Liposome Serum™ and B.C. Facial Mask™ will not be available to be shipped out until August. More information and announcements will be given at a later date.
What is the expiration date of the special coupon?
The expiration date is six (6) months from the issue date. The date can be found on the top right hand corner of the certificate.
Will Product Certificate Orders qualify for the Sizzling Summer Promo?
No, orders that use Product Certificates are not eligible for the Sizzling Summer Promo.
Will the Biomat® Professional purchased using the $100 discount count towards the Sizzling Summer Promo Promotion?
Yes, the $100 Discounted Biomats® will count towards the Sizzling Summer Promo.
How much is shipping? Are all the promotional items available for international shipping? How does international shipping work?
Richway Shipping Price Lists for all countries can be found on this website.

Shipping & Handling for Micro Liposome Serum™ and B.C. Facial Mask™ will follow the same pricing as the Detoxi™ item, please refer to the Richway Shipping Price List above for reference.

*Detoxi™ is only available to ship to US and Canada. Alpha Max 3.5™ Eye Serum will only be available to ship to US.
Is expedited shipping available for promotional items?
Yes, expedited shipping is only available within the US. The Expedited Price List can be found here.
Can I return or exchange the free promotional items? Are the Sizzling Summer Promo Promotional items covered under warranty?
All Sizzling Summer Promo Promotional items are “all sales final” and cannot be exchanged for other items, unless damaged or defective. However, the promotional items will still be covered under the standard 3-year limited warranty.

Our products come in either 110-120 Volt or 220-240 Volt models. The United States, Canada, Japan, and Taiwan have 120 Volt systems. There are a few countires that have a mix of voltages. Make sure you order the correct voltage.

On International orders (outside of USA), check with your local customs office regarding customs fees.

While we will love to do business with you and will support you in any way we can, if you are working with someone that has provided you with a presentation and demonstration of these products, we do encourage you to order the products through them.

All Products have a Three-Year Limited Warranty!

Return Policy: The manufacturer will accept returns or exchanges if the product does not meet satisfaction; a) within 7 days after receipt, returned for a full refund or exchange, b) from 8 days to 14 days of receipt, a return for a 70% refund, or an exchange, c) after 15 days to 30 days of receipt, for a 50% refund or exchange. After 31 days of receipt, there are no refunds or exchanges. Refund does not include shipping.
